Scope & entity information

This Privacy Policy details the data protection practices of MAG Centre ("we", "us", "our"), headquartered at S 24-246, Sahara Shopping Centre, Lucknow 226016, Uttar Pradesh, India.

As a provider of enterprise IT infrastructure architecture, cloud migration, cybersecurity auditing and bespoke software engineering, we uphold rigorous standards of confidentiality, transparency and data integrity. This policy applies to visitors of magcentre.com, enterprise clients entering into managed service contracts, and authorised users accessing our client portals.

02

Information we collect

We collect only the data strictly required to evaluate technical feasibility, respond to business enquiries, or execute contractual technology mandates:

  • Communication and intake data. When you submit an engineering enquiry or project brief you provide your name, corporate email address, organisation name, phone number, stated urgency and technical details.
  • Infrastructure and diagnostic telemetry. While delivering managed IT services, system audits or disaster recovery drills, authorised engineers may review network configurations, server logs, firewall topologies and performance counters under explicit client authorisation.
  • Technical device data. When you visit this site, our web servers log non-identifying technical data such as browser user agent, IP address, referral header and access timestamps for diagnostic and load-balancing purposes.
03

Purpose & legal basis of processing

We process personal and corporate data in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Contractual execution

Fulfilling system architecture, software delivery and managed support agreements requested by your organisation.

Legitimate security defence

Safeguarding internal servers, preventing unauthorised intrusion, and thwarting cyber attacks or spam abuse.

04

Data confidentiality & zero-sale commitment

Zero monetisation guarantee

MAG Centre does not sell, rent, lease, trade or monetise personal information, client source code or infrastructure configurations under any circumstances.

All client systems, network secrets, API credentials and architecture diagrams entrusted to our engineers are held under strict non-disclosure obligations. Access is granted on a need-to-know, least-privilege basis.

05

Infrastructure partners & sub-processors

To deliver high-availability cloud platforms and secure managed environments we partner with established technology providers, who process data in compliance with enterprise security baselines:

  • Cloud platforms. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, for client-authorised deployments.
  • Hardware and security. Cisco Systems, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and VMware vSphere, for on-premise and hypervisor architectures.
  • Network edge and delivery. Cloudflare and AWS CloudFront, for DDoS mitigation, DNS resolution and global CDN acceleration.
06

Telemetry, cookies & reCAPTCHA

This website does not employ intrusive behavioural tracking, surveillance pixels or cross-site advertising beacons.

To protect our intake forms from automated abuse and distributed denial-of-service attempts, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We use aggregate, cookie-free analytics to understand which pages are useful. No analytics data is used to build advertising profiles.

07

Security safeguards & encryption

We implement physical, operational and technical controls to prevent unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure:

  • In-transit encryption. Traffic across our domains is forced through TLS 1.3 with modern cipher suites.
  • At-rest encryption. Database repositories, encrypted off-site backups and client credentials use AES-256 with air-gapped recovery locks.
  • Zero-trust access. Internal engineer access to production environments requires hardware-backed multi-factor authentication, ephemeral bastion keys and full audit logging.
08

Data retention & cryptographic disposal

We retain commercial and project records only for as long as necessary to fulfil the operational purposes for which they were collected, or to satisfy legal, statutory, accounting and regulatory obligations in India.

Once an engagement ends and contractual retention windows expire, staging databases, scratch credentials and diagnostic dumps are sanitised using cryptographic wipe procedures.

09

Your rights & data portability

Under applicable regulations, clients and authorised individuals may:

  • Request confirmation of, and access to, personal data processed by MAG Centre.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or outdated organisational records.
  • Request erasure or withdrawal of consent where no statutory retention exception applies.
  • Request secure export of proprietary codebases, configurations and documentation.
