Founded in Lucknow
Started at Sahara Shopping Centre installing office networks, server rooms and workstations for local businesses.
MAG Centre began as a small team wiring office networks in Lucknow. It grew into an engineering practice because clients kept asking for the layer above the network — the software that runs on it, and the security around it.
We work with organisations across manufacturing, healthcare, retail and financial services. Most arrive with the same problem in different clothing: systems that were installed one decision at a time, by different suppliers, and now nobody holds the whole picture.
Our answer is deliberately unfashionable. We map what exists before proposing anything. We write the scope down, price it, and date it. We keep the documentation current so the next engineer — ours or yours — can pick it up.
The team is deliberately senior. The engineer who scopes your work is the engineer who delivers it, and the one who answers when it goes wrong.
These are the commitments that decide how we quote, build and support. They are also the reason we occasionally talk ourselves out of work.
We size systems to your actual load and budget. If a smaller instance does the job, that is what we quote — there is no incentive here to sell capacity you will not use.
If a timeline is unrealistic or a system is beyond saving, you hear it during scoping rather than during delivery. Inflated promises cost us more than lost work.
When something breaks, our engineers stay engaged and communicating until service is restored — then send a written account of why it broke.
Every deployment leaves behind runbooks, credentials and architecture notes. You should never be locked in by our lack of documentation.
No account managers in the first conversation. You will speak to the people who would scope and deliver the work.
